Joined the graduate programme at J.P.Morgan Investment bank and during that time worked in Emerging Markets Risk Management and Credit Derivatives Managed Trading. Subsequently moved into HR to Graduate Development and primarily focused on working with the business to recruit, support and develop graduates on the Finance Graduate Programme.
